About the Role
We’re excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a forward-thinking and commercially minded Strategic Procurement Manager to lead the deployment and development of YPO’s Commercial Management Solution and Workflow—powered by Atamis on the Salesforce platform.
This is a unique chance to make the role your own, driving the implementation of a cutting-edge procurement solution both internally at YPO and externally with our public sector customers.
About You
As Strategic Procurement Manager, you’ll lead a specialist team within our Public Sector Customer Engagement Team, reporting to the Head of Service. Your mission: to ensure the successful rollout, adoption, and optimisation of our Commercial Management Solution across the business and with our customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the deployment of the Atamis-based solution across YPO and customer organisations
- Managing and optimising workflow processes across procurement teams
- Supporting customers in using the system effectively, ensuring it delivers real value
- Collaborating across departments to embed the solution into day-to-day operations
- Driving commercial success by ensuring the solution is attractive, efficient, and scalable
- Prioritising and reallocating work dynamically to match business needs and available resources, ensuring delivery remains on track
- Shaping the long-term strategy for digital procurement transformation at YPO.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in deploying or managing procurement systems—ideally Atamis or Salesforce-based platforms
- A strong collaborator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Passionate about using technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Commercially astute, with a customer-first mindset
- A confident leader, capable of building and motivating a high-performing team
- Strategic, innovative, and highly organised, with the ability to assess priorities and adapt plans to meet changing demands
