About the Role


We are excited to announce an opening of four Procurement Co-Ordinator positions within two newly created teams at YPO.

 

  • Support Solutions and Growth Team – Procurement Co-Ordinator x 2

As a key member of the Support Solutions and Growth Team, this role is integral to YPO’s Community, Infrastructure & Support Solutions function within the Procurement Services & Supply Solutions Team. 

The successful candidate(s) will support public sector customers in using YPO’s diverse range of frameworks and procurement solutions, while also managing rebate income.

 

  • CMS and Workflow Team – Procurement Co-Ordinator x 2

As a key member of the CMS and Workflow Team, this role is integral to YPO’s Public Sector Customer Engagement function

The successful candidate(s) will support the strategic delivery of YPO’s Atamis Commercial Management Solution and provide centralised oversight of procurement workflows across the organisation. 


The successful candidate(s) will undertake all tactical process and administrative activity in order to enable the Category teams and Public Sector Customer Engagement team to focus on driving the strategic and commercial procurement agenda.

This will include the provision of support with operational requirements such as tendering activity, supplier performance data capture, collation of customer and supplier data, system housekeeping and administration in a quick-paced environment.  

The role includes conducting all procurement activity on the Commercial Management System including further competitions and bespoke procurement activity along with dealing with customers at all levels of the business.


About You


As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team.   Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:

  • Demonstrable experience of MS Office applications
  • Sound administration and analytical skills
  • The ability to effectively operate e-Tendering systems and work to defined processes
  • An understanding of the further competition process and a basic understanding of the wider public sector procurement rules
