About the Role

As a key member of the marketing team, this role is integral to YPO’s creative function. The successful candidate will:

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and brand teams to deliver brand-consistent assets.
• Develop graphics and design materials for social media, websites, email and print materials.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

About You

As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team who is a visual storyteller to support the elevation of the YPO brand across multiple offline and online channels. Bringing their individual take and experience to maintain us as a market leader in education and wider public sector and to stand out against the competition.

Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:

• Formal graphic design qualifications (Minimum Diploma standard)
• Knowledge of design to Print (DTP) processes and business computing applications including; Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Knowledge of design to digital processors including email, social media, PPC, web banners and landing pages. 
• Knowledge of print processes and technical creative requirements. Also, catalogue production experience would be ideal but not essential.
• Be able to demonstrate graphic design experience, as well as having experience of working in a busy inhouse team or agency setting.
