About the Role

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a confident, credible and solutions‑focused HR Advisor to join our HR and People Services team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your expertise in complex employee relations, organisational change and HR policy development to a team committed to delivering excellent service and continuous improvement. Working closely with our HR Business Partners and wider HR team, you’ll provide high‑quality HR guidance that positively impacts leaders, colleagues and organisational outcomes.

 

About You

As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) with strong generalist HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and organisational change.
  • Confident communication, influencing and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work.
