About the Role

We are seeking to appoint to the role of Marketing Executive Apprentice (Level 4).

As a member of the Marketing Team, this role is integral to YPO’s Marketing Support function. The role combines campaign delivery with event coordination and administrative support, while developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve the Level 4 Marketing Executive apprenticeship standard. The role will also provide a range of administrative support services, which may include activities such as postal services, raising purchase orders, event logistics, managing correspondence, photocopying, filing, and preparation of materials for meetings and events.

Overview:

The Marketing Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship will give you the skills to plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You’ll build an understanding of brand, customer behaviour, and market research while supporting real marketing activities that contribute to business objectives.

You’ll develop practical skills in content creation, campaign delivery, and stakeholder communication, alongside learning how to measure performance and improve results. This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with structured learning.

About You

As YPO continues to expand, we are looking for a positive-minded individual to join our team.   Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:

• GCSE or equivalent Grades A*-C (Grade 5 and above) in Mathematics, English Language and 2 other subjects
• A level 3 qualification, such as A levels or an equivalent BTEC
• A good understanding of basic marketing principles
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems, with a clear commitment for identifying opportunities and delivering improvements
• Experience of working with databases and collating information
• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to study at academic Level 4, equivalent to the first year of a university degree.
